The hotel is absolutely great and has accommodating staff. Comfortable bedroom. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. The location brilliant and marvellous close to the pier. Based so close to the island, and the center.

Loved Ko Tao, the hotel was absolutely great easy to get around the rest of the island. The room was beautiful little, it had hairdryers, a spa bathtub, and bathrobes. Private bathroom. The property was in an absolutely perfect and marvellous location right by the pier and dive center as well as the center. Plus, the hotel was so close to Mae Haad Beach.

The double room at Ava 2 Budget Hotel Koh Tao was cozy and comfortable. The tiled floor gave it a clean and modern feel, while the private bathroom with a shower was convenient. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and the city views from the room were amazing. The bed linen and towels provided were a nice touch.

Personally, I would have preferred a room with a private bathroom instead of a shared one. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans. They even provided us with a snorkeling kit for free! The hotel itself was very clean, which was important to us. Additionally, the location was key, as it was close to the pier and there was a 7-11 conveniently located nearby.

On the downside, the room was quite small and in need of some updating. We found that there was no room service, meaning there was no regular cleaning or towel replacement.

The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was amazing - right in the center, just minutes from the pier and with a 7-Eleven across the road. Plus, they offer free wi-fi, free parking, and have flat-screen TVs in the non-smoking rooms. Hiring a motorbike from the staff was an added bonus!

The value for my money at Ava 2 Budget Hotel was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location opposite the 7/11 was convenient and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the pier, making it easy to get to by foot from the ferry. It is also in the center of town and close to the port. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big beds and plenty of storage space. Additionally, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom can get quite hot and there is no lift in the hotel, which may make it difficult for guests with heavy luggage.

The room and shared bathroom were mind-blowingly clean and tidy, and daily maintained. The absence of AC was no problem, as the fan worked super well. The street was surprisingly quiet, making it the perfect spot to get some proper rest. Despite the nearby construction site, there was no noise disturbance at all. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff were amazingly accommodating. Plus, the location was top-notch, just a 5-minute walk from the pier and with a jaw-droppingly convenient 7/11 across the street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and an abundance of surfaces to put things on. The bathroom, although a wet room, was separated by a small lip and curtain, and we were delighted by the great hot water and pressure. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and linens, as well as the ample tables for our belongings. The free WiFi worked like a charm, although the air felt a tad damp even with the functional A/C. our stay was absolutely fantastic, with the room being not only clean, but also surprisingly spacious, the staff incredibly helpful, and the location unbeatable.

Tried to withdraw money 10 times at an ATM 2 km away, but at least I had free WiFi to check my empty bank account. Chalok Viewpoint was so far I needed binoculars, but who needs a nice view anyway?

View? What's that? I had the pleasure of staying in a room that apparently had a pact with darkness.

I stayed at Ava 2 Budget Hotel for 2 weeks and had a comfortable room. The location was convenient, near the pier, and we were able to rent bikes to easily get to our favorite beach, Sairee. The fact that there was a 7/11 right opposite was really handy. The hotel itself looked new, with good beds, air conditioning, and a nice shower. The staff, especially the guy at the counter, were extremely helpful and available 24/7. If I ever come back, I will definitely stay here again!

The street was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The ongoing construction site next door did not cause any disturbance during my stay. Everything in the hotel looked brand new and the beds, air conditioning, and showers were top-notch. The location was ideal, with a 7-11 conveniently located across the street, offering laundry services and motorcycle rentals. The staff member at the counter was incredibly helpful and available 24/7. A special mention goes to the friendly and knowledgeable staff who provided great recommendations for snorkeling and were always eager to assist with any inquiries. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was close to the pier and 7-11. my two-week stay was fantastic and if I ever return, I will definitely choose to stay here again!
